Your connected account determines access
The integration uses your existing Skir account and workspace allowances. This public page does not display your private account status.
Check the connected workspace
Ask the plugin to show your current account and entitlements. If the account is incorrect or authorization has expired, reconnect through your host. Reconnecting does not change the account’s plan or create a purchase.
Understand an unavailable action
Free access includes editing a complete set and exporting its original first 3 screenshots. The server checks app allowances, export access and any enabled AI credits for each action. A template choice or manual design edit does not itself spend AI credits.
If an export exceeds your current allowance, request the permitted subset or keep working on the saved draft. If a provider is unavailable, use manual editing. An account restriction, missing permission and temporary service failure are different conditions; the tool should explain which one applies.
No purchases in the plugin
The beta tools do not create checkout sessions or purchase plans. They do not submit screenshots to app stores. Your existing cancellation and refund rights remain described in the terms.
For an access problem, contact info@skir.app with the non-sensitive error or job identifier. Do not send passwords, access tokens or upload URLs.
