For a technical question
Include the page URL, browser, device, the steps you took and the exact error message. For a checker question, include the selected store slot, image dimensions and format. You can describe the issue without attaching your app’s private artwork.
For a correction
Send the guide URL, the statement that needs attention and a link to the current primary source. We check corrections against the source and update the guide when needed. A tool's rule version changes only when its implemented checks change.
For privacy or billing questions
Use the same support address. Do not send passwords, access tokens or full payment-card details. Pricing shows current plan availability. The usage terms state the refund policy, and the privacy notice explains data requests and the retention details still being verified.
