Using Skir

Your content and store submissions

Use screenshots, artwork, fonts and trademarks you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your uploaded content. Skir processes it to operate the editor, generate previews and provide requested exports. Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to interfere with other accounts.

Review all text, layouts and exported files before publication. Sample template interfaces are illustrative and must be replaced with accurate app content. A technically valid file does not guarantee App Store or Google Play approval or a particular conversion rate.

Plans and access

Free includes editing every screenshot and full-resolution export of the original first three screenshots in a set. Exporting other screenshots requires an eligible paid plan. The pricing page describes the available plans and allowances.

When offered, Launch Pass is a one-time purchase granting 30 days of full-set export access. Recurring plans renew at the billing interval shown before payment. AI credit use, where enabled, is shown before the action. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period unless a refund or another applicable restriction ends it earlier.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of an initial purchase or subscription renewal by emailing info@skir.app from your account email. Include the order reference if available. Do not send card details. Using the editor during that period does not by itself remove this refund option.

Approved full refunds end the access and unused credits provided by that payment. A renewal refund does not create another paid access period. Refunds are issued through the original payment provider; the time until funds appear depends on that provider and your bank. Requests made later can still be reviewed for duplicate charges or a service that was not delivered.

This voluntary policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to you. We do not require you to waive applicable withdrawal rights to use the editor. Polar’s checkout buyer terms also apply where Polar processes a purchase.

Account and data requests

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. For account or content deletion, follow the process in the privacy notice. Export any files you need before requesting deletion.

Commercial availability

Skir is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Azerbaijan and serves a global market. The developer’s full legal identity and legal address are still being finalized. Paid checkout remains unavailable until commercial details and payment acceptance checks are complete.
