Export a screenshot set and check the files
Choose screenshot targets and PNG or JPEG, understand Free export limits, download your ZIP and diagnose incomplete or rejected output.
An export is a new file generated from the saved project. Check the project, platform and screenshot selection before queueing it. A successful download is only the start of final visual and store validation.
Before you select Export set
- Wait for All changes saved. If saving reports an error, resolve it before exporting.
- Check the width and height shown for each screenshot. A device frame is artwork inside the canvas; it does not determine the exported image size.
- Confirm every app screen, headline and locale reflects the release you intend to publish.
- Remove private user data from screenshots and inspect text at normal reading size.
Select files and format
Open Export set and choose the eligible screenshots. Free includes the first three screenshots of each set at full resolution. Preview-only boards are not included without the required paid access. Changing the selection does not bypass that server-side access check.
Choose PNG or JPEG. PNG is useful for crisp interface detail; JPEG can produce smaller files for image-heavy designs. Inspect the actual result, especially around small text. The exporter generates opaque store images, and the checker can verify the resulting format and alpha channel.
Download the completed ZIP
Select Export screenshots, wait for a successful result, then choose Download screenshot set. Keep the page open while the progress percentage advances. Large ZIPs are downloaded in parts and assembled by the browser. A stable connection and enough device memory are needed until the save prompt or browser download appears.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next check |
|---|---|
| The job is still processing | Keep the project open and allow it to finish. Repeatedly creating exports can create unnecessary queued work. |
| Download is interrupted | Retry the completed job’s download. Confirm you are still signed in to the workspace that created it. |
| A screenshot is missing | Check the selected boards and your plan’s access. Free exports do not include later preview-only boards. |
| The store rejects dimensions | Inspect the exported file, not the template preview. Match the file to the exact store device slot. |
| Text is clipped or a sample screen remains | Return to the saved design, correct the artwork and create a new export. |
If an export repeatedly fails, contact info@skir.app with the error shown and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, payment details or private app screens unless specifically needed for the support request.
Final release review
Open each image after unzipping. Check ordering, spelling, line breaks, image sharpness and dimensions. The local checker reads file properties without uploading the image. It cannot judge whether your listing is truthful or predict store approval.
Continue with the release checklist or follow the recorded first-set example.
